Complete dimensions, arm configurations, room requirements, and GST-inclusive pricing for a 4-seat home theatre recliner unit.
Per seat: 24" seat cushion + 5.5" arm on each side = 35" per seat (individual arms). Shared arm between adjacent seats saves 5.5" per join. All dimensions are for standard Sky Recliners product — customisable to 22"/23" seat and 5"/6" arm on request.

💡 Width formula for any configuration:
Shared arms: 35" (first seat) + 29.5" × (N−1 seats)
Individual arms: 35" × N seats
With console: add console width (10–14") between any two seat pairs, remove one shared arm.
Three main configurations for 4 seats. All options have individual recliner mechanisms per seat — arm style only affects the armrests between adjacent seats, not the recline function.
The minimum room width depends on which arm configuration you choose. Depth requirement is always the same: minimum 10 ft room depth to allow 66" reclined depth plus 2.5 ft walk space behind.

💡 Usable width = room width minus 6 inches per side clearance minimum. A 12 ft (144") room has 132" usable width (6" margins). Skirting boards, AC units, and wall plaster can reduce this by 1–2 inches further. Always measure wall-to-wall at floor level before ordering.
All prices GST-inclusive, factory-direct. No dealer margin. No hidden charges. Delivery pan-India.
With all shared arms, a standard 4-seater measures 123.5 inches (10.3 ft). This is calculated as the first seat at 35 inches (24 inch seat + 5.5 inch arm on each side) plus three additional seats at 29.5 inches each (saves one shared arm). With individual arms, total width is 140 inches (11.7 ft). Custom 23 inch seat width brings shared-arm total to 117 inches (9.75 ft).
For a standard 4-seater with shared arms (123.5 inches), you need a minimum room width of 12 feet, which gives 132 inches of usable space (6 inches clearance per side) and leaves approximately 8 inches per side. For individual arms (140 inches), you need at least 13.5 feet of room width. Using our 23 inch custom seat, a 4-seater fits from 11.5 feet of room width.
The reclined depth is 66 inches (5.5 feet) — measured from the back of the unit to the front tip of the extended footrest. The seated depth (footrest folded) is 39 inches (3.25 feet). For room planning, allow at least 2.5 feet behind the reclined position for walkway, meaning the minimum room depth for a single-row 4-seater is approximately 11 feet (66 inch recliner + 30 inch walkway + 18 inch front clearance).
Yes. Individual arms for 4 seats require 140 inches (11.7 ft), which exceeds a 12 ft room. Shared arms bring the total to 123.5 inches (10.3 ft), fitting within 12 ft with 8 inches clearance per side. Each seat retains its own individual recliner motor and footrest mechanism — only the armrest between adjacent seats is shared. If you prefer more side clearance, our 23 inch custom seat size reduces total width to 117 inches (9.75 ft).
