We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment gateway. No-cost EMI options are available on eligible transactions.
All Sky Recliners products are made-to-order and fully customised based on individual customer specifications. Production typically commences within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and advance payment receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all customisation details are correct before confirming an order. Sky Recliners will not be liable for production errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
Sky Recliners provides delivery and installation services across India. Standard delivery timelines are 15–20 working days from order confirmation, subject to the following:

For cities where direct installation is not available, our team will provide detailed remote guidance and video support to ensure smooth setup. Please do not attempt to assemble or install the recliner without our guidance, as improper installation may void the warranty.

As all products are made-to-order with customer-specified customisations, returns and refunds are not applicable once production has commenced.
