We stand by every piece that leaves our atelier. Here's exactly what's covered.

Mechanism & Frame

Our recliners use high-tensile steel mechanisms engineered to withstand a decade of daily use. We provide a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in the metal frame and recline hardware.

This covers structural deformation, cracking of the mechanism components and failures related to the reclining action under normal household use conditions.

Motors & Electronics

We use premium German-technology Okin Motors — the industry standard for quiet, precise and durable motorised recliners. This warranty covers:

  • Motor failure under normal usage
  • Control panel and wiring defects
  • Power adapter functionality
  • Remote control electronics

Note: Damage from high-voltage fluctuations or power surges is not covered. We strongly recommend using a surge protector.

Upholstery & Foam

Our signature upholstery and high-density foam are covered for 1 year against:

  • Abnormal foam sagging under normal use
  • Premature seam splitting or thread unravelling
  • Delamination of leatherette or fabric

Normal wear, fading due to sunlight, or surface marks from everyday use are not covered.

What Is NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear of leatherette or fabric surfaces
Damage caused by sharp objects, pets, or improper cleaning chemicals
Products modified or repaired by unauthorised technicians
Damage from voltage fluctuations or power surges
Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
Damage from improper installation or moving of the recliner
Commercial use — contact us for commercial warranty terms
