Yes. All orders include a proper GST invoice. Our GST number is 07AUMPN8697A2Z3. If you require the invoice in a company name, please share the GSTIN at the time of ordering.
Customisation
Absolutely — customisation is our speciality. You can configure:
India's heat, humidity and dust affect different materials differently:
Leatherette — Best all-rounder. Easy to clean, durable, great for homes with children or pets.
Half Italian Leather — Genuine leather on visible surfaces. Premium feel, ages beautifully, breathes better than full leatherette.
Full Italian Leather — The ultimate. Highest durability (10–15 years), develops a rich patina over time. Best for air-conditioned home theatres.
Fabric — Softest feel, most breathable, but requires more cleaning maintenance in dusty environments.
Delivery & Installation
Since all products are made-to-order, standard delivery is 15–20 working days across India.
For complex home theatre configurations or bulk orders, timelines may extend to 25–30 days depending on customisation depth. We will confirm your exact timeline at the time of order confirmation.

We typically schedule on-site service within 48–72 hours in major cities.
Since all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, in the case of any manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, we provide full resolution — either repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the piece at our discretion.

2. German Okin Motors: We use the same motor technology found in European luxury recliners — silent, precise, rated for 10+ years of daily use.
3. True Bespoke: Most brands offer colour variants. We offer genuine customisation — size, material, motor, configuration, accessories — everything is yours to define.
Our standard recliners are rated to 120 kg per seat. For users requiring higher capacity, we offer reinforced frames rated to 150 kg — please mention this requirement when ordering and we will configure accordingly at no additional charge.
