Shipping

1.    Why are there different delivery times for different products?

Products sold by different sellers have different delivery times due to different geographical locations and are subject to seller availability. Typically, Sky Recliners Standard orders take around 7-10 days to get delivered to your doorstep

2.    What are the shipping charges?

Shipping and installation is chargable with us. Sky Recliners provides delivery and installation for all orders all over India.

For Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad there is a delivery charge of Rs.1500 for all orders. And for Location outside Delhi NCR, Charges will be 2500 for all order.

Cancellation

1.    Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Yes, you can cancel your online order after confirmation by reaching out to us at +91-97171 94797. However, if you have ordered from one of our offline/dispatch centers or a customized Made to Order (MTO), then the order cannot be cancelled. If you cannot accept delivery of the customized MTO Product, we will forfeit the advance order fee paid. 

Return

1.    What are the charges for return?

We offer on-the-spot returns for products ordered from us. Returns are absolutely free with us. Return policy is not applicable on offline orders from our offline/dispatch centers. If you cannot accept delivery of the customized MTO Product, we will forfeit the advance order fee paid. 

In case of manufacturing defects or damaged product received, our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement (Only in case of Made To Order (MTO) Product).

2.    How do I return my items?

We have a no questions asked on the spot return policy for all products ordered online only. If you need to return an item, simply get in touch with us at the time of delivery.  We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please note that returns are applicable on online orders only. If you buy a product from our offline/dispatch centers or customized Made to Order (MTO) product, returns are not applicable.
