- Product Information
- All product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we do not guarantee that the product will exactly match the description or appearance on the website due to variations in monitor displays and production processes.
- Orders & Payments
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.
- Customized Orders
- Once a customized order is placed, changes can only be made within 2 working days. Beyond this period, any modifications will incur a 30% charge as a manufacturing loss.
- Made-to-order furniture is not eligible for cancellation or return.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be processed.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled after the 2-day window, and any cancellation attempt will result in a 30% fee.
- Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unassembled, and unused.
- Made-to-order furniture is not eligible for returns.
- Returns and refunds are subject to approval after our quality check. Please note that refunds will only be issued for damaged or defective products.
- Assembly Guidelines
- Do not unbox or assemble the product yourself without our guidance, as it may void your warranty and eligibility for returns or cancellations.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We make every effort to deliver products on time, but we are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping fees, if any, will be specified at checkout and are non-refundable.
- Warranties
- Warranty on products is void if the product is unboxed, assembled, or used without following our instructions.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by misuse or improper care.
- Limitation of Liability
- Sky Recliners is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
